As the Lead for Asia at the Centre for Digital Public Infrastructure (a 12 member team spread across 4 continents), I have the unique privilege to co-author crisp, execution-focused papers that can inspire and guide the implementation of population scale digital public infrastructure to advance equitable socio economic growth in countries. Our goal through all these papers is to share key insights of design principles (both technology and regulatory) that have governed and ensured scale of most successful national scale digital public infrastructures.
