Literary Arts Festival

As an undergraduate student in a business college, I soon discovered that while we hosted multiple finance-based intercollegiate festivals, there was no platform for students to pursue their creative side - art, writing and music were often hidden as 'sub-events' under broader themes. To show our multi-dimensional side, I launched the first-intercollegiate literary arts festival 'Lit Fest' which ended up becoming the college's largest festival, executed with one of the smallest teams, and was the only financially self-sufficient festival (i.e. we raised more in sponsorship than we spent!)
